YUZA Third Edition will be released in November 2023 from Yusa Distillery for 16,500 yen (tax included). It is made with sake aged in rare Mizunara oak casks. The distillery also batches bourbon and sherry casks to create a fruity, complex, and elegant flavor that is unique to the Yusa distillery.

The casks are French oak from Troncais, fine wine casks from Seguin Moreau, one of the world's top manufacturers, which are also used by the leading chateaux in France. The taste is deep, with the sweetness of the malt blended with the gorgeous flavour of the wine.
