2. single malt Japanese whiskey Shizuoka United S 2024 Summer

United S” was created following “Contact S.” It is a seasonal edition, starting with the first edition and continuing with the summer and winter of 2023. The main ingredients are non-peated malt from overseas, peated malt and malt for beer, as well as barley from Japan. The barrels used for aging are mainly first-fill bourbon barrels, but various other types of barrels are also used.

The “S Series” is Shizuoka Distillery’s standard item, and its name is derived from the timing of its release.
