[Lottery sales November 1 – 14, 2023] Whisky Festival 2023 in Tokyo Original Bottle

Lottery applications for the festival's limited edition original bottles for Whisky Festival 2023 in TOKYO are now open, from November 1 to 14, 2023. The casks were selected by Mamoru Tsuchiya, president of the Whisky Culture Institute, and bottled in cask strength single cask. Lottery sales limited to "Whisky Festival 2023 in Tokyo" ticket holders.

[Review] YAMAZAKURA Single Malt Asaka IPA CASK FINISH

The latest release from Asaka Distillery, IPA CASK FINISH, is a bourbon barrel first fill, non-pitched sake that was aged in Barrel Aged Imperial IPA barrels at HOPJAPAN, a brewery in Miyakoji-machi, Fukushima Prefecture. It has a complex taste with a freshness characteristic of hops, moderate bitterness and acidity, and a sweetness derived from Asaka. Non-chill filtered and naturally colored.

[October 15, 2023] Hyakumangoku Whisky Festa In Kanazawa2023

The first "Whisky Festival from Kanazawa" was held in July 2017. The second will be held in October 2019, and this year, 2023, will be the third. In addition to whisky, there will be booths for the hottest craft gin, beer, and Kanazawa's delicious gourmet food.
