【 Release Information 】Ontake Distillery will begin shipping its Japanese blended whisky, “Hioki,” on March 23.

The Ontake Distillery, operated by Nishi Shuzo Co., Ltd., began shipping 700ml bottles of its Japanese blended whisky, "Hioki," on March 23, 2026.This harmonious blend is crafted from malt whisky from the Ontake Distillery and grain whisky aged at Nishi Shuzo’s Hioki Warehouse.

T&T TOYAMA Inami Aged Warehouse completed (first bottlers business in Japan)

On April 22, 2022, the Inami maturation warehouse of "T&T TOYAMA" , a joint project between Takahiko Inagaki of Saburomaru Distillery and Mr. Komei Shimono of Maltyama, was completed. As the world's first Japanese whisky bottlers business, barreled whisky from several whisky distilleries in Japan will continue to mature.
