Whisky Review

This project, launched by two highly motivated distilleries in pursuit of new possibilities for Japanese whisky, began six years ago in April 2015 with the exchange of each other's raw spirits (new pots). After maturing in two different environments, the raw spirits were blended in each location and expressed as a new character.

The refreshing acidity that blends in with the weighty sweetness like brown sugar and the barrel incense filled with the memory of the aging cellar will be aftertaste and continue comfortably in the mouth forever.

This whisky is a well-balanced batting of various unique malts and grains matured in Chichibu. It is an all-round whisky that can be enjoyed on the rocks, with water or with soda.
