W is the nickname for the one and only wood-fired direct-fired distiller. There are only a few open-flame distillers in the world, and the only one of its kind in the world is the wood-fueled distiller. Local woodcutters carefully chop the thinned coniferous trees from the rich mountain life of Shizuoka into firewood one by one.

[Review] SABUROUMARU GYOKUTO Edition 2021

Sabromaru Distillery is the only distillery in Hokuriku established in 1952. The key malt is Saburoumaru Distillery malt, and the blend is made by examining raw spirits from a wide range of ages and blending them so that the average age is more than 10 years. It is characterized by a multi-layered flavor that is woven with Scotch grain and sherry malt aged in roasting barrels manufactured in the woodworking town of Inami.

TEAM MARS DOUBLE INDIVIDUALS is a blended malt whisky based on the images of two female professional golfers under contract with the MARS brand, combining Scotch malt distilled in Scotland, which is said to be the birthplace of golf, and Japanese malt produced by the MARS Shinshu Distillery. This is a blended malt whisky.

Single Malt Whisky “Sakura-o” & “Togouchi” to be released on July 1, 2021

The whiskey making process began in mid-January 2018. Chugoku Brewery was founded in October 1918, so SAKURAO DISTILLERY was established to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the company's founding. Three years have passed since its establishment, and the long-awaited release of Hiroshima's first single malt is now underway.

Mars Malt Le Papillon" is a series that uses butterflies that live in Japan as a motif to express the beauty of Japan's seasonal climate and natural environment that forms the maturing environment for whiskey.
