Kumesen Shuzo, a long-established brewery that has been in business for over 70 years and makes Awamori Kumesen and rice whiskey Okinawa Blue, has collaborated with Ken Matsuyama, bartender and owner of Ken's bar, a bourbon whiskey specialty store that is known as a pioneer in the bourbon industry, to produce a new whisky to be released on September 1. The whisky was released on September 1.
