Whisk(e)y Lovers Nagoya 2026
January 25 (Sun.)
Held annually in January, this is a major whisky event held at the beginning of the year.
Ticket sales have already been announced and will be available from November 1 (Sat) at 10:00
The limited edition bottles for this Nagoya event are also quite popular and fought over every year.
Chichibu Whisk(e)y Festival 2026
Sunday, February 15
The Chichibu Whisky Festival is held every year in February or so. It is a very large scale event, divided into several areas around Chichibu Shrine. Drinking Whisky in the cold is also exceptional.
In addition, the “Chichibu Stamp Rally Bottle” event is already underway, where visitors can visit the Executive Committee BAR, collect stamps (stickers) and apply for the bottle.
Tickets are usually sold around December, but in many cases they are sold out immediately, so be careful.
Japanese Whisky Stories Fukuoka

Japanese Whisky Stories Fukuoka was established to promote the enjoyment of Japanese Whisky and the charms of distilleries.
There will be an open seminar with free admission and a blind tasting contest for up to 20 people.
Whisky Station Hamamatsu 2026
Sunday, April 12
An event organized by Hamamatsu Bartender Club in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Bars and restaurants in the prefecture, as well as distilleries in and outside of the prefecture, are participating. Last year, about 1,000 people visited the event indoors, and it is expected to expand in the future. This year, the event is scheduled to be held outdoors, allowing visitors to enjoy Whisky and cocktails during the pleasant season.
Whisky Harbor Kobe
April 19 (Sun.)
WHISKY HARBOUR KOBE is a large-scale whisky event held every April in Kobe.
Importers, manufacturers and producers from Japan and abroad participate, and booth tastings and seminars are held.
Whisky & Spirits Festival 2026 in Yokohama
April 25.26 (Sat & Sun)
One of the largest tasting events in Japan, gathering distilled spirits from all over the world, including Whisky, gin, shochu, and awamori.
There are many different types of spirits and many booths where you can purchase bottles directly.
Tokyo International Bar Show
Held in May, detailed dates to be determined
The largest bar event in Japan, held every May.
The event is large in scale and features not only Whiskys and spirits, but also a variety of original cocktails, flair, women’s bartender competitions, talk shows, and more.
Whisky Talk Fukuoka 2026
Sunday, June 14)
One of the largest whisky events in Kyushu, where there are now many whisky distilleries.
Seminars and limited-edition bottles are extremely popular, but Fukuoka’s unique “Yatai Bar” also offers a close-up event where blenders and ambassadors from each distillery stand inside a food stall and serve drinks to visitors.
