[Limited release on March 4, 2021] The Lucky Cat Chocolate (Honbo Sake Brewery), limited to 6,700 bottles. A series with a motif of unique cats. A blended whiskey that has been additionally aged in a port pipe. The result is a scent that harmonizes sweetness and aroma, and a lingering taste reminiscent of cacao.

[Review] Single Malt Hakushu 12years

Slightly smoky malt is fermented in a wooden tub tank using upper yeast. The fruity and creamy wash is distilled in an open-fire distillation pot and stored in white oak barrels and aged in a Hakushu forest storage for more than 12 years.

It is said that the average aged 15 years and 1 part of the untied unoridated sake are used for more than 30 years, and wine barrels are used for some unwrage sake. The whisky, aged in wine barrels, produces a mellow and sweet taste even if it is aged for a short period of time, creating a balanced taste.
