The "T&T TOYAMA COLLECTION" is an original brand of malt liquors carefully selected by Mr. Inagaki and Mr. Shimono of T&T TOYAMA from among the original liquors distilled and matured at distilleries around Japan for their high quality and individuality. This year's Kanosuke, commemorating Maltoyama's 10th anniversary, is a heavy peated malt-finished, Richard Puncheon cask, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2023. Price: 22,000 yen (tax included)

Single Malt Kanosuke 2023 LIMITED EDITION is mainly made with peat malt and aged in bourbon casks in 2018-2019, vatted and bottled at cask strength in multiple casks, including shochu rechar casks.Enjoy the mellow sweetness and long-lasting smoky flavor.

This release is inspired by "Fire"; a non-pit malt distilled in 2019. Selected a few casks aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry butts for at least 3 years.

Non-peat malt is used, with multiple barrels of vatting, with the key ingredient being the original wine aged in American white oak litchi casks.

It has a reddish amber color like an evening shadow, which makes you feel as if you are in the twilight. The taste is long and lingering, with a hint of elegant sherry casks.
