Whisky Review

This release is inspired by "Fire"; a non-pit malt distilled in 2019. Selected a few casks aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry butts for at least 3 years.

Non-peat malt is used, with multiple barrels of vatting, with the key ingredient being the original wine aged in American white oak litchi casks.

It has a reddish amber color like an evening shadow, which makes you feel as if you are in the twilight. The taste is long and lingering, with a hint of elegant sherry casks.

The Kanosuke Distillery's first single malt Japanese whiskey, Single Malt Kanosuke 2021 FIRST EDITION, is made with non-peated malt and is bottled at cask strength using multiple barrels vatted with the same cask used for the barrel-aged rice shochu, Mellow Kozuru. It is bottled at cask strength.

After storage for 8 months in the storage of Kanosuke Distillery, bottling with Caskstrengths is finished in a sweet and gorgeous new bone.

The raw material is British non-peat malt. The whisky raw liquor distilled in May 2018 is stored in a barrel where bourbon whiskey was stored.
