A blended malt whisky in which "Mars Maltage Cosmo", which expresses complexity and depth by vatting multiple malt wines, is additionally aged (finished) in empty casks used for red wine.
New Release [Lottery sales from May 23, 2023] Single Malt Japanese Whisky Fuji 50th Anniversary Edition
The distillery will use a selection of the finest bottles distilled in the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s, including the original distilled in 1973, the year the distillery began operations. The lottery application period is from May 23 to June 15; 1,140 bottles will be sold by lottery.

This is the 11th in the Akkeshi Whisky "Twenty-Four solar terms Series." The complex and deep flavor is created by the emphasis on the sweetness of tropical fruits, maple, and honey, and the peat unique to Akkeshi, such as charcoal, grilled sausage, bacon, and white pepper.

Kobe Distillery's first product to go on sale on May 1. Available at the official online store of Kobe Distillery and at stores that handle the product. The whisky is bottled before it is matured, and the malt and yeast are carefully selected and distilled in an environment with extreme temperature differences. The sweet aroma of grain is reminiscent of fruit.
