2021年2月に日本洋酒酒造組合の自主基準としてジャパニーズウイスキーの自主基準が制定されました。その実効性を高めるため、2025年3月に「ジャパニーズウイスキーのロゴマーク」を制定、発表が行われました。このマークが浸透することで国内外の購入者に「ジャパニーズウイスキー」の識別が容易になるというものです。
