YUZA Third Edition will be released in November 2023 from Yusa Distillery for 16,500 yen (tax included). It is made with sake aged in rare Mizunara oak casks. The distillery also batches bourbon and sherry casks to create a fruity, complex, and elegant flavor that is unique to the Yusa distillery.
