Whisky Review

Sabromaru Distillery is the only distillery in Hokuriku established in 1952. The key malt is Saburoumaru Distillery malt, and the blend is made by examining raw spirits from a wide range of ages and blending them so that the average age is more than 10 years. It is characterized by a multi-layered flavor that is woven with Scotch grain and sherry malt aged in roasting barrels manufactured in the woodworking town of Inami.

This whisky has Multi-layered flavors and complex aftertaste created by the long years, and it lasts for a long time as it plays in harmony.

In 1990, we use sabromaru distillery malt, which has been aged for more than 10 years, using only the original sake.
