Information about “BAR Shinkai”

Our website “Japanese Whisky Dictionary” operates three “BAR Shinkai” stores in Minato Ward, Tokyo.
The Japanese whiskys  introduced (reviewed) on this site can be enjoyed at “BAR SHINKAI”. In addition to handling Japanese whisky, we also focus on handling Japanese liquors such as Japanese craft gin and Japanese craft beer.
Of course, we offer not only Japanese liquors but also foreign whiskys, various cocktails, original cocktails, and fresh fruit cocktails using seasonal fruits.
We also offer a wide variety of dining options so that you can relax from early to late.

1. Azabujuban Bar Shinkai

3．ShibaDaimon BAR Shinkai

A modern Japanese BAR with a relaxed atmosphere in Daimon and Hamamatsucho.

While we have a large selection of Japanese whiskys and Japanese craft gins, we also offer a wide variety of Japanese and Western drinks.
The restaurant has a modern and relaxed atmosphere, and offers appetizers, salads, meat dishes, soba noodles, pizza, and other dishes.
